Why Singapore
Where the supply chain and the programmes meet.
The company was incorporated in Singapore on 8 April 2025 as an exempt private company limited by shares. Singapore was not a tax decision — it is where the supply chain, the automotive programmes and the engineering talent we need actually intersect. Shenzhen is a four-hour flight; Bangkok, Jakarta and Chennai are closer still.
We start from a point of view: that consumer hardware had become indistinguishable, and that the way out is not another spec sheet but a coherent product language — transparency about what a device is, light and texture used as information, and a refusal to add a feature that cannot be explained in a sentence.
What we are adding is a second surface. A car is the largest device most people will ever own, and it is the one where that language has been applied least. The cabin is where an interaction grammar built for glance-free use stops being an aesthetic choice and becomes a safety argument.
How we work
Four commitments.
One layer, not two org charts
Shared runtime, shared design system, shared release train. If a decision only makes sense for one of our two lines, it is a local decision and it stays local.
Safety is not a phase
Functional safety and cybersecurity are process properties. They are designed in at P0 or they are theatre performed before an audit.
Numbers with units
Every performance claim on this site carries a unit and a condition, or it is marked as a target. We would rather publish a smaller honest number.
We are hiring the first forty-eight.

Corporate background
APEXDOT is privately held. Nothing Technology is a shareholder and a design-language reference point. The company is an independent Singapore entity with its own board, its own customers and its own product roadmap; where a shareholder product line and an APEXDOT programme meet, they meet as two teams with a shared idea of what good looks like — not as a head office and a branch.
